Who We Are

Scout Field Experts is a leading consultancy firm specialising in providing strategic insights and tailored solutions across various industries.

Sam and Sarah met back in 2008, and it was a clear meeting of minds, and a mutual understanding of the type and quality of service they both wanted to provide for their clients. They eventually went their separate ways. Sarah went on to establish an internal field resource for the research agency Redblue, and Sam continued to grow and develop her own business, Rite Angle, which she founded in 2001.

With a common desire to keep the client at the forefront and to build a service that met their needs. Always questioning what some might say wasn’t possible and finding a solution. Respondent recruitment is an industry that works on a tight budget but requires high standards. Rather than moving solely to database and panel recruitment to do this, Scout has embraced both participant panels and traditional feet-on-the-ground recruitment methodologies. This ensures Scout can provide a diverse range of respondents from a broader range of locations and meet the challenges of each project.

  • 'Scout supported Fineline MR on a large project for NFU Mutual in 2024. It was a challenging brief, particularly in terms of the target market and length of interview. We were looking to interview business insurance decision makers at mid-sized corporate businesses, which in essence often meant speaking to the MD/ owner of the company. We were looking for 75 minutes of their time; a big ask! This was made even more challenging with tough parameters around sector.
